Nanijdham Foundation ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://oms.nanijdham.org/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website or mobile app you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Every user of the Nanijdham Foundation website or mobile app can optionally subscribe to online services by paying an annual subscription amount. This amount states the user's annual validity to subscribe to the provided online programs.

Who can pay: Only registered members of Jagadguru Narendracharyaji Maharaj Sampraday

How to pay: Registered members will pay via payment gateway from the OMS mobile android app available on play store. The subscription fees is annual and is required to be paid once per year.

What is offered in the subscription: Registered members subscribing would be provided below features:

• Online Video Conference of the Events of JNMS
• Attending Meetings of administration
• In-App features like NEWS, Id Cards

2. Returns

Nanjidham Foundation does not allow refund of the annual subscription fees. The payment via mobile app only takes the exact subscription amount including the GST and doesn't allow user to modify this amount. In a rare event of double payment due to unforeseen operational or technical issue at the banking side or user's end, Nanjidham Foundation would add up the amount towards future validity and extend the subscription date.

3. Duties & Taxes

GST is applied with appropriate tax percentage to the annual subscription fees and is inclusive in the subscription amount paid by the user.

4. Cancellations

There is no provision to cancel a subscription once the annual subscription amount is paid.
